The Clever Dripper is a great way to make amazing filter coffee at home or in the office.
The Clever Coffee Dripper has simplified the pour-over concept by creating an easy way to brew without any bitterness, acidity or loose coffee grounds.
The difference is its shut-off valve system. Instead of pushing the coffee grounds to the bottom of the brew carafe, the Clever Dripper allows the grounds to settle naturally.

Immersion brewing is similar to brewing coffee in a cafetière. However, the Clever Dripper uses a coffee filter paper to filter the coffee once your brew is complete. This results in a really clean cup of coffee without the sediment and rich body that is typical of brewing using a cafetière.
The Clever Coffee Dripper makes brewing great coffee so incredibly easy! Because of this, it's one of our favourite methods to make coffee. It is really easy to use and makes consistently delicious coffee!
Simply add approximately 20g of your favourite freshly ground coffee to the Clever coffee dripper with your choice of filter paper. Don't be afraid to grind your coffee quite coarsely. Thereafter add 300g of hot water.
Allow your coffee to brew for up to 2 minutes. Give your coffee a gentle stir and allow to brew for another minute. After a total of about 3 minutes gently place the Clever Coffee Dripper onto your carafe or coffee mug. This action opens the valve at the bottom of the Dripper which allows your freshly brewed coffee to filter through. This final step should take less than 1 minute. There is no pressing, controlled pouring, or anything else you need to do. Just add coffee and hot water, wait and pour. It's so incredibly easy and produces delicious coffee too!

A single brew can produce up to 500ml of coffee depending on your personal recipe. The new Clever Dripper is made from Eastman Tritan BPA-free Plastic. This plastic is the best food-grade heat-resistant plastic available.
