An absolutely beautiful Victorian Aesthetic style solid sterling silver very heavy openwork basket / bowl with an incredible ornate and masterful skills of the silversmith ( handmade solid silver structuring ) resulting with this beautiful & intricate bowl.

Please checkout the two Mythical Gods at each end of the basket they even have fine eyelashes defined, unbelievable craftsmanship. 

The gauge of silver used in the making of this bowl is top quality and very heavy, hence the beautiful shine and deep lustre.

Made by William Charles Boyton ll, who was one a Londons fine old eatablished Silversmith.

A superb top class and very beautiful piece of solid silver that has wonderful style and displays with excellence.

This bowl was assayed in London in the year 1897, 127 years ago, although this stunning piece is in excellent / remarkable condition, it will show some sign of wear  commensurate with age , although this will be very minor.

Height : 10.8 cm or 4.25 “ inch ( highest )

Weight : Grams 591.4 Grams or 19 Troy Ounces.

Condition.

Excellent Condition, No dents, dints or nasty scratches, openwork is faultless, no buckling and in wonderful condition.

Silver absolutely Gleams with a deep shine, beautiful quality.

This basket / bowl is absolutely beautiful & displays wonderfully.

The bowl is 127 years of age & made by hand, it’s in wonderful condition and a great piece of artistry.

Its very substantial and has a silver weight of 591.4 grams, hence this piece is very stable and has a strong structure.
