Q: Why does the humidifier not work, often turn off automatically or spray less fog?

A: 1.Check whether the spring at the bottom of the cotton swab is missing or wipe the fog outlet with a paper towel dampened with water.

2.Make sure the arrow on the tank cover is aligned with the keyhole on the tank, otherwise the cotton rod cannot be contacted by the nozzle.

Q: What is the size of the filter element?

A: We include an extra filter bar.Filter element size: ∅9×95mm (∅0.35×3.74in).This product can only add water!  Adding essential oils may block the humidifier, the filter element can be replaced once every 2-3 months.

Q:How do I turn off the night light?

A:Long press the button more than 1S 3 times, night light, breathing light, turn off the night light.
