Adults: Chew 2 pastilles (soft gummies) per day. Or as advised by your health professional.

Do not swollow whole. If you are pregnant – or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents – Vitamin A can cause birth defects.

Products containing maltitol and sorbitol (3.4g per 2 pastilles) may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
