A3 Document Printing Service

Your print files should be ready to send to us. We will not edit, modify or change the content. You can supply more than one file if you need to, and you can request that we print only certain pages if you do not need the entire file to be printed.

Please make sure that the number of sheets you select will cover the amount of printing you need. If your document page count is greater than the number of sheets and number of printed sides you have chosen, we will only print up to the number of sheets and sides that you have selected. For example, if you order 100 double-sided sheets, this would be enough to have up to 200 pages printed (the pages would be printed on both sides, so one sheet would hold two pages). In this example, if you provided a document with 250 pages, we would print the first 200 pages and then stop.

We will send you a link to upload your file (we recommend supplying a PDF file for the best results), so please do NOT send anything to us in an eBay message or by email. If the page sizes or dimensions are incorrect, where we can, we will resize them to fit an A3 document. There will be a 5mm white border on each edge of every printed page. We do not offer full bleed printing with this service.

Your printed documents may be sent flat or rolled in a postal tube, depending on the quantity and specifications in your order.

Print file specifications:

Your printing files should be ready to print. We recommend supplying a PDF file, but we can also accept other files used for document creation, such as Word, Publisher, etc. Every page in your file should be the correct size and shape for an A3 document. Keep text and logos within a safe margin of at least 5mm from all page edges. Do not include a bleed as your files will be printed with a 5mm white border on each edge of every page. Where possible, create and save/export your files as CMYK PDF files. We use the Uncoated FOGRA29 colour profile for printing on uncoated paper.

Printing files must be uploaded to our system via the link we send, so please do NOT send anything to us in an eBay message or by email. We may reject copyrighted designs or illegal content.

It can sometimes take a few hours to receive the file upload link. We are open Monday - Friday 9:30am - 4:00pm, so if you order outside of these times you may not receive the upload link until we are open.

If we haven't received a suitable printing file from you by the time we reach the eBay deadline for dispatch, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order without notice.
