This is the book "What is Calculus About?," by W.W. Sawyer. It is book #2 in the New Mathematical Library series published by the Mathematical Association of America. It is a great introduction to Calculus, or an alternate reading for someone studying Calculus with another text. Look at the pictures to see the back cover blurb about the book.
The book is in very nice shape (only read once!). The binding is tight, the pages are clean, the only writing is a name written inside the front cover.
