This listing is for the item shown, which is an iPhone 4 case. I have two of the dolphin design ones, and one of them is opened. I will be sending that one out first unless you message me that it is for a gift or that you prefer the closed one. There's no issues with it. It's just opened, probably from being stored. I don't see the paper or cardboard piece part of the package, so it probably got lost.
