#1 What does this weigh? Please see photographs - I take a quick pic on digital scales of almost every item.
#2 What size is this? Please see photographs - I take a pic of every item on a ruler (in cm and mm)
#3 What ring size is this? Please see "Item Specifics" Ebay very kindly translates this into your local sizing - worldwide there are 3 different sizing versions for ring sizes, I list in UK sizes as im in the UK but if you're viewing this from the EU or US it will translate it for you.
#4 can you tell me more about the hallmark of this item? if i know it, i list it - if available i photograph a clear shot of the hallmark - google is useful if you wish to do your own research.
#5 Can you change this ring to a size X/Y/Z or add engraving? unfortunately not, in order to offer same day dispatching and a 30 day return policy we cannot modify anything, most rings will be be sizeable but you will need to organise this with a local jeweller.
#6 Is it definitely solid gold/ solid silver etc as stated or just plated? Yes - I clearly state on every listing if its gold or silver - i do not sell plated or costume jewellery, I am a registered UK Business compliant with all applicable laws and as so you have complete consumer protection as you would with any other UK based company or online or high street - If an item is stated as being gold or silver it will have fully compliant, regulated Assay Office Hallmarking as identified in the "Hallmarking Act" please Google The Hallmarking Act as it is one of the oldest forms of consumer protection in the world.
