See picture #3 and there is a hairline fracture on the purifier unit . If you tilt purifier unit toward you it will work fine…BUT who wants a tilted stance purifier….its an easy fix but you will need a T20 special screwdriver to take off the back of the purifier casing to be able to access the area where the fan bolt is loose. See picture #4 and the loose screw in the inner of the unit is circled in green.
