If your tent has problems with the package when you receive it, please do not reject it.
If the tent itself has quality problems, we will send you a brand new one as a replacement. And the parts on the tent can be reused.
If you refuse to accept, the tent will be directly destroyed after being returned to the warehouse (we have no right to refuse), which will cause a huge waste.

FAQ
Q：Does it come with crossbars that will support the tents weight plus people inside?
A:It does come with mounting bars, but not the cross bars. I made my own cross bars using scrap 8020 aluminum from work, but you could use unistrut.
Q:Can I put futons or sleeping bags inside?
A:Yes, the tent comes with mattresses and plenty of space to put whatever you want
Q:what is the height with the included roof top cross bars when the tent is closed? my garage door has low clearance.
A:Mine did not come with roof top cross bars. Also I have a mid height bed rack so mine is below the top of the cab of the truck
Q:would you say the dementsions shown here are accurate? I am mostly worried about the length?
A:Yes they are.
Q:With the rooftop cross bars, what's the total closed height?
A:I estimate it to be @ 135lbs with aluminum cross bars.
Q:Does this tent come with the mounting hardware to mount it to a Prinsu style roof rack?
A:Supported! The accessories are enough to support it to be installed in various models of cars

1. All items are dispatched from our demostic warehouse in CA, GA or NJ, America.

2. Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time. 

3. If you're given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order. We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we don't offer a pick-up option.

4. Please note: Some products maybe dispatched in more than one carton, they may arrive at different time. If you only received partial box please don't worry, contact us and we will tell you where are the rest packages.


 Returns

We accept returns, Please contact our customer service team immediately if:

1. You changed your mind and wish to request a return;

2. Your product was damaged during transit;

3. You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchase;

4. You're not satisfied with any product that you have purchased.

Please note all returns must be directed to through Customer Service, please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. 

If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. 

Applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund incases where you changed your mind and wish to return the product. This also applies to order cancelled while in transit.
