2002 Mattel Fisher Price 'Switch' Scooter to Skateboard with foldable handle.  Lift up & lock handle for scooter, fold down and lock for skateboard. Handle stick is 24" tall, with a u shape handle.  Board is 23 1/2" long, 7 1/4" wide.  Painted Red, with wavy black non-skid detail.   4 wheels.  Underside has decal.     Heavy---weighs about 7 1/2 lbs (before packing)

 

A few scuffs, the worst one is shown in the last photo.  Rest of  board is in very good condition.
