Some wear from reading/storage, the front cover has an ink stain, and the name label of a previous owner is affixed to the inside front cover (see pictures). But otherwise, this book is in good shape. Pages are crisp and clean. No creased, torn or missing pages. No other marks of any kind (other than that already mentioned).
