Processing and handling:

This is Print on Demand (POD) product, it takes 1 – 5 working day for production. Items which have QC issues may need more time for being re-printed.

Shipping/ Transit time:

Standard shipping/transit times apply 1-7 working days for domestic and 4-15 working days for international.

You will notice you with the tracking no. once the item is shipped

Cancellation:

Items will be put in production 1 day after purchasing. Please contact us within 12hours for cancellation request. We accept the cancellation when the item is still in processing stage.

Refund/ replacement/ return policy

·         Please contact us within 30 days after receiving item for any question. We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge.

·        Basically, we are not able to offer refund/ return/ replacement due to wrong selection of color, size, purpose by customers.

 ·        If the received item is not accordant with the above mentioned size chart, please send us a photo with actual measurement.

·         For return issues, please send us a photo of the received item so that we can notice issues.
