Brand new and sealed CAIG Deoxit DeoxIT® Gold contact conditioner & protector. Maintain new system performance. Protects phones, cameras, batteries, lights, rechargers, toys, headphones, jacks, auto/marine/RVs, remote controls, computers etc. Comes with fine spray nozzle.

DeoxIT® GOLD (formerly ProGold) is a unique conditioning solution designed for use in critical applications where only slight cleaning action is necessary. It is intended for use on new and recently cleaned surfaces only.

    • Please note that orders received after 3pm GMT (Monday - Thursday) will be despatched the following day. Orders received on a Friday and over the weekend will be despatched on the following Monday. (Excluding public holidays)

    • Option 1 - Standard Delivery

      Items will be dispatched for free, via royal mail 2nd class delivery within 48 hours of purchasing.

    • Option 2 - 1st Class Royal Mail

      We also offer a 1st class service via royal mail for an additional charge which is available for all addresses within the UK and Channel Islands, If selected at checkout.

    • Option 3 - Next Day Courier

      Orders under £30 can still have the option to select a courier next day tracked service at the checkout for an additional charge which is for all addresses within the UK and Channel Islands.

    • Option 4 - International Deliveries

      For all International delivery rates, please contact us first.

      Exceptions may apply to non-mainland destinations, the very north of Scotland and non-UK destinations. Please contact us before placing your order, so we can provide you with accurate shipping costs to your destination as charges will vary.

      We are not responsible for any extra import charges that may be applied.

    • If you do wish to return a product, please send us a message first.

    • UK Customers

      Unwanted items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days receipt of goods provided they are returned in the original packaging, are complete and in 'as new' condition. Please make sure that you use an insured delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged on the way back to us. Alternatively, we can arrange collection with our courier, although this service is chargeable.

      Exceptions

      We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of software products or hardware that includes software as part of the package, video or audio content in the form of CD's or DVD's where the item has been unsealed.

      Please note that due to reasons of hygiene, faulty earbuds are simply replaced if fault is due to manufacturer defect and cannot returned for refund. This also applies to harmonicas, mouthpieces and other similar items. Otherwise, we can accept returns of complete product, which is unused and in 'as new' condition.

      Faulty Items

      If you are unfortunate to have a faulty item, please send us a message first to notify usemap of an issue.

      Faulty Items within 30 days: Should you be unfortunate enough to receive a faulty item or the products goes wrong within 30 days, we will be happy to arrange to have this item collected at our expense and either repaired, exchanged or refunded.

      Faulty Items outside 30 days Should your purchase develop a fault over 30 days from date of receipt we will be happy to help facilitate any warranty repairs necessary. Should you wish us to arrange collection via one of our couriers this can be organised and billed to you at cost price.

    • Non-UK Customers

      Please also note that all items are supplied as UK-ready. We cannot be responsible for use of items outside the UK or any damage that may occur as a result if this. If in doubt, please check that it will work with your country's supplied voltage before purchase. You may also need a power plug convertor.
