Pattern includes a loose fitting coat and jacket. The coat has a low waist seam which is where the cut off for the jacket occurs. With a curved shawl style collar or made collarless. The coat has a shaped lower section which creates a cocoon style finish. The hemline is curved and adds a great deal of interest to the coat. Fastens with a toggle and snap but you could use a feature decorative button. Nice in a brushed wool fabric or something like a boucle which is very popular at he moment!
