From the serial number (Y7940251), the year of manufacture is thought to be 1894.

Condition
There are stains, peeling paint, rust, deterioration of the wooden stand and case, and minor scratches on the exterior.

Since this is an antique item, only a simple cleaning has been performed.

When you turn the handle, it moves up and down, and the bobbin case moves.
We have only confirmed that it works and the light turns on.
