Warranty

All parts purchased from Reeves Motor Group are guaranteed under a 14 day warranty scheme which covers all our mechanical and electrical parts.

In the unlikely event that your part is defective or not in working order the warranty covers the refund or replacement of the item (stock dependent) however our warranty scheme does not include cover for any labour costs you may incur for fitting and/or removing parts.

If you are unsure if a particular part will be compatible with your vehicle then please contact us beforehand to check, any parts ordered incorrectly will be refunded for the original cost of the part only and we are unable to refund any postage and packaging costs incurred.

Collection

Items are free to be collected once a date and time has been arranged with a member of the team.

We are located just outside of Birmingham City Centre B62.

Postage

For delivery to the Highlands (Scottish Highlands, Islands of Scotland), Ireland (Northern or Southern), Isle of Man and any international shipments please contact us first for a quote for delivery.

All our items are sent via tracked couriers, once dispatched you will be able to request a tracking number which will be able to update you on the status of your parts. Please inspect all packages upon arrival to ensure the item has not been damaged during transit. 

Should the item you have ordered be damaged on delivery please inform us as soon as it’s possible to do so and document any damage with pictures so we can address this with the courier.
