We suggest a Chinese gongfu way using porcelain gaiwan or glass cup to brew longjing tea
Serving size: 3g tea.
Water：150ml with temperature of around 80℃.
4 steeps: rinse, 20s, 30s, 40s, 60s. Rinse time is around 5 seconds.
You can also add ice 1 minute after getting the tea soup to make iced tea.
