SurgeX SX-1115 120 V 15A Rack Mount Surge Eliminator and Power Conditioner

This device pulled from a working AV rack. Works as it should.

Please note, this was in an AV rack and the power cable was pulled to the side, this caused the ground pin on the power cord to be slightly pulled to the side (see pics). It does not have any affect on he functionality of the device.
