HANDLING TIME:

• Since we offer Free Shipping, we reserve the right to change the Method of Shipping at any time.
• A Tracking Number will be assigned to every Package and Uploaded to eBay when a Label is Generated.
• Purchases up to $249.99 will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
• Purchases $250.00 to $499.99 will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage Adult Signature Required.
• Purchases $500.00 to $999.99 will be shipped via USPS Insured or by FedEx.
  
• Purchases $1000 and over will be shipped via FedEx with Adult Signature Required. Packages shipped via FedEx Require a Street Address - No Post Office Boxes Accepted.  
  

LOCAL PICK-UP:

Please Contact us in advance to arrange for Pick-Up.  Our Contact Information is available once you place your order.  The preferred payment for Local-Pick Up is a Bank Check or Postal Money Order paid at time of pick-up.  Our Office Hours are Monday-Thursday 10AM to 4:30PM, Friday from 10AM to 4PM and we are Closed Saturday and Sunday.

RETURN POLICY:

• NO Returns Accepted for Bullion!
• All other Categories have a 30-Day Return Privilege.
• All items must be received by us in the same manner in which they were shipped.  Any sealed item which has been open will not be accepted for return.
• Your refund will be processed when the item is received and approved by us usually within 24 hours of Receipt.
