Victorian tooled leather Lady's Companion Sewing Set with embossed gilt and painted scroll work and floral decoration. 
The lid lifts off to reveal the fitted leather lined interior which is divided into various compartments.

Implements:
- leather lined lift out pin cushion
- metal thimble with makers mark 'EW'
- metal propelling pencil with citrine coloured stone finial ( not known if this is in working condition)
- leather folding case with various needles
- aide memoir
- 2 metal bodkin type needles
 
Inside the lid of the case is a blue label. It is possible to see a name, K.Eyam and part of an address, Soho Square.
This could be the maker but is more likely to be the owner of the case.

Condition:
Please refer to the images. There is some wear and damage but given it's age, it has survived remarkably well.
