Please note: All parts from Fps must be fitted only by specifically trained automotive technicians and by an automotive VAT registered garage. Malfunction, damage or injury caused by inappropriate fitting of such components are out of our control and we cannot assume the liability for such events. Failure to do this would invalidate your warranty.

Please note:-

Any parts Warranty would only be valid if a detailed invoice is provided to Fps ltd which includes a breakdown of parts and services used on installation and this must be provided within 30 days of purchase date and vehicle registration number and mileage recorded.

Replacement or refund will only be given if the goods are returned in the same condition as supplied with the security marks still visible and security tags not tampered.

Fps ltd will not reimburse any labour costs / charges involved with fitting, removal and / or changing of parts supplied by the company, under any circumstances. Malfunction, damage or injury caused by inappropriate fitting of such components are out of our control and we cannot assume the liability for such events.

Fps ltd will NOT cover any component which has been dismantled or tampered with (other than the replacement of standard service parts or components). Returns are void if you have dismantled or tampered with a part in any way.

Warranty voided if the vehicle is or will be modified and mapped.

Refund will be issued only if we cannot dispatch replacement goods within 72 hours after received faulty goods back.

RETURNS are only accepted within 14 days based on valid reasons such as damaged or defects. Please note that the buyer pays for the postage fees both dispatch and return postage fees If the item is found not to be faulty..

Very rarely, some dishonest buyers try to return their defective item to the seller once they receive the one they purchased. Please be aware that we mark all our items (visibly and invisibly).
