Up for sale is an IHC Carnival Brand HO Scale (1:87) Building Kit - #5124 Octopus - New Old Stock, Sealed. The box has been examined closely & appears to be completely unopened - still factory sealed (shrink-wrap) & there is old tape on the sides underneath the clear plastic shrink-wrap. There is a section of the shrink-wrap missing on the front & there is writing on the box. Box has some shelf wear - small stickers still attached & some warping.
