Radoš Stevanović was born in Milkovci near Čačak. He finished the art academy in the class of professor Radenko Mišević and postgraduate studies with the same professor in Belgrade. He was on specialization at the Royal Academy in Oslo, Norway, in the class of Professor Inger Sitter. He is a member of the association of fine artists of Serbia, the association of fine artists "Risim" in Čačak and the association of fine artists NAVA (National Association for Visual Arts) in Sydney. He has been living and working in Sydney since 1997 as a freelance artist.He deals with fresco painting, conservation, restoration and icon painting, painting Orthodox churches, painting murals, as well as graphics and drawings of the contemporary concept of painting. So far, he has exhibited at several independent and collective exhibitions in the country (Belgrade, Smederevo, Čačak, Ivanjica, Gornji Milanovac, Zemun, Pančevo and others) and abroad (Sydney, Oslo and Perugia). He also participated in exhibitions of contemporary art with paintings from the modern era. He is the author of a publicly performed work (a life-size bronze sculpture) for General Draža Mihailović in the courtyard of the Church of St. Nicholas in Blacktown and painted the interior of this church. He is the author of a large mural in the Blacktown Town Hall (History of Australia - triptych). This mural is under state protection. It represents the history of Australia and talks about the past, present and future.
