Tested. The touchscreen works. Hooked it up to my  computer via VGA.  Made the monitor my primary display and it looks fine. No dead spots. Touchscreen did not work until I plugged in USB to pc. Windows found a driver "ELO touch solutions Accu touch 2218" and touchscreen started working. Easy.

Viewable touchscreen area is 15". Actual size with border is a little bigger.

No sound. Mfg. website says this has an internal speaker but probably just beeps and boops.I didnt hear anything. Up to buyer to figure out audio. Typically this would be used as a point of sale system. I have no idea how external speakers would be configured.

Google was no help finding an answer (surprise!) but I was able to find drivers on the Sango website including audio and cash drawer stuff for older versions of windows. I didnt download them I just found them.

Touchscreen works with bare finger, nitrile gloves, and the pen off my Motorola phone.  Or I could use the mouse keyboard thru my PC.  Its pretty responsive. You still have to double tap to open stuff up, like mouse clicks.  Doing a drag test with finger arrow/cursor kind dragged behind but that might just be how my pc is setup or not. I'm not sure.

Condition is used. Pictures are of actual unit.

Comes with attached vga, USB and power adapter.

This is my second of a handful of these. I do a pretty perfunctory test and list em as they sell.
