Shipping: We ship next business day after full payment is received. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays. We take pride in packaging and shipping your item. All items will be insured.

Return policy: We will issue you a full refund and pay for shipping if the item is not what you ordered. If you changed your mind and want to return the item, this falls under buyer remorse and you the Buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost. All items that are returned and used will be subject to inspection. If the item is not in the same condition it was shipped, we will deduct from your refund to cover the loss in the item’s value. Any items damaged due to shipping will be covered by the carrier's shipping insurance. If your item has arrived and is damaged, please save and take pictures of the box it was sent in. Please let us know ASAP so we can help you submit a damaged item case with the carrier.
