Condition is very good with the exception of a very tiny chip on the base, not visible to the eye. Didn't notice when purchased. I have pointed it out in last photo. It also has a black fleck also pointed out in a photo, but it is under the glass itself.  

All in all a beautiful little vase or votive holder.  The turquoise and gold together are very pretty. The inside of vase is white.
