Therefore no returns will be accepted on these items - you fit it at your own risk.

We use ebay postage service via Royal Mail and have all items collected from us, typically this is within 24 hrs (sometimes same day as purchase, collection officer dependent) shipping days are Monday to Saturday (this is an improvement on using our local post office thanks to town planners).

We try to use recycled packaging as much as possible and hope that you are ok with this practice.

Please note: During adverse weather conditions the Royal Mail and other couriers may experience delays in their processing centres and therefor deliveries can be delayed by many days beyond the normal delivery target. PayPal and eBay estimates are just that, estimates - they are NOT the carriers so have no idea what is happening. As I am unable to control delivery once dispatched, please allow for extra time during and two weeks after any adverse weather conditions for delivery. I always attempt to dispatch items next (or same if I can) working day but I do have a day job. If for any reason I am unable to post next working day I will bump the parcel to 1st class (Royal Mail only) at no extra charge to you so that it is not delayed more than necessarily under my control.
