Products and Packaging:

1) The packaging of the product may be opened and unsealed for photo shooting purpose. I also open the boxes for quality inspection before I ship out an item. All products I sell are brand new.

2) For products that are made with special material (i.e. leather, fabric and clear cases) may show signs of scratch or bumps due to the nature of the material and the way the product is manufactured and shipped which are completely out of my control.   

Shipping and Handling:

International Buyers:

1) I offer worldwide shipping. Please go to the shipping and payment table, enter your shipping address postal code to obtain your shipping estimates.

2) For all international buyers (including US buyers) Please send me your phone number as a reference for international shipping service. All information are confidential and will be provided to the post office only.

Attention Buyers: Please note that the dispatch of goods is only during business hours from Monday to Thursday. Orders made on Friday, Saturday and Sundays will be processed on the Monday of the following week. 

1) Your item will be shipped to you via Canada Post with tracking number. 

2) Handling times specified on the listing does not include the delivery and shipping time.

3) If the package appeared to be opened or damaged, receivers must notify the POST officer at the time of delivery and should refuse to accept the package.

4) If the package was lost or unable to be located in transit by Canada Post Service, buyers are responsible to contact us as soon as possible to start a package trace process, please allow 8-10 business days for carrier to trace the package.

5) I cannot lower the value or declare the item as a gift.

6) In any case, the order was returned because buyer refused to accept the item for any reasons whether you’ve changed your mind or no longer wanted the product, buyer are subjected to pay for the shipping and the returning fee.

7) Please verify and update your shipping address prior to making a purchase. In any case, if the order was returned because of an incorrect shipping address listed on the account, buyer is subjected to pay for all shipping and returning fees. Buyer is subjected to additional shipping fees in order to have the item re-ship to the correct address. I only ship to buyers with matching eBay and PayPal addresses.
