Measures about 9" x 5" and about 1 1/2" deep. Outstanding condition. Appears to be used very little if at all. This is a fantastic heavy weight serving tray manufactured by Greenwood China for The Henking Cafe and Hotel which was once located on Lyman Street in Springfield, Massachusetts. The Henking was built in 1899 and flourished for a number of years under the management of Mr. Dan Sullivan. The building, located at 15-21 Lyman Street was added to the National Historic Register in 1983. This antique deep tray was manufactured by Greenwood China sometime between 1899 and 1910. It has the impressed Greenwood & Trenton, NJ backstamp. I believe this to be an extremely rare piece, especially in this condition. Thank you for looking.
