BNWT a Cream halter tie back crochet top / beach cover up with long 14" fringe off crochet open work below bustline 2" wide. Has a large 3" crochet cream star with green edges and beaded centre.  Is threaded at the top with green wool which matches the long strings of green wool beaded with green and white beads and knots  14" long.  Halter ties which are 20" long and cream back tie is plaited with matching green wool with green tassels at the ends thread  which threads through and crosses to pull for a proper fit at back.
