This is an ARE LSII fiberglass tonneau cover MOLDED PLASTIC PALM HANDLE. This is the locking handle used by ARE on their fiberglass tonneau covers. This kit comes with the entire assembly shown in the photos which includes: molded palm handle body, palm handle flip latch, lock cylinder w/two keys, heavy duty rubber gasket seal, rear flange and three nuts. This handle IS NOT spring loaded and has the short 3" shaft on the rear. Thank you
