This is a very nice version of an early Buescher saxophone which are their True-Tone models that they stenciled for Lyons and Healey.

This one comes with the original Hard Rubber mouthpiece because it is stuck on the cork and I did not want to pull it off.
It does play but has some leaks and squeaks.  You might be able to get away with just replacing some of the upper stack pads as it isn't all that bad.

I would definitely try it with a different mouthpiece as this one makes it sound like a C Melody with that stuffy quiet sound..  I have had many Buescher Alto's and they can roar with the right mouthpiece...  I noticed one of the bottom key guards brace is loose but it is not impacting anything and can be fixed.

Comes with the original case.
