Preowned but new in box. The cloudiness in pictures is feather pieces from her hat- they seem to be floating around in there. It looks like she still has a feather stuck on her hat. Box has seen better days but is whole and never been open. The box has writing in marker in front. Please see pictures. Feel free to messge with any questions.
