I am offering you a radio antenna base used in British military vehicles.
Antennas of this type were used both in the lightest vehicles, such as Land Rover, and in the entire family of armored vehicles and tanks.
The antenna base has an interesting mounting mode that allows the use of virtually all types of antennas, both from NATO and Warsaw Pact vehicles.
The antenna is attached by compressing the concentric clamp at the top of the antenna so that any element with a diameter of 9 to 7.5 mm can be permanently attached to this base.
The base element of the base is mounted with 3 M6 screws.
Diameter of the bottom of the base 135 mm.
Antenna connection – BNC socket.
At the base of the antenna there is only a broadband symmetrizing transformer.
The base worked with radios with a power of up to 50W.
ATTENTION! The base is completely dismountable. You can install your own antenna matching system (e.g. CB).
The offered bases are used and technically functional.
They may have minor scratches or be painted with masking paint.
