This  includes both clamps that are pictured. Please carefully look over the pictures. I do no restoration but did spray 10wd40 on both clamps. Both clamps have rust that can be cleaned up easily. On Both items I show in the  pictures, I show the mounting surface. On the small clamp I try and show some metal chips from the surface missing. On both the screws work very well.
