Hello and thanks for checking out my sale. This is a 100% original and authentic Maxfield Parrish Calendar produced for Edison Mazda in 1929/1930. I took it apart to confirm that. Please see photos. It’s been professionally conserved in the mid century I believe. This was definitely framed by a professional. I have never seen an ecstasy this vibrant with true colors. The clouds and her dress still retain hues of purple. The oranges are also vibrant as can be. I believe this one has never seen the light of day and was framed X nbr of years after it was produced. It’s 100% original as I found it. The glass needs cleaned and the back resealed. It’s simple to take apart, nails were not used to hold everything in the frame. The lamp & lightbulb advertisements exist behind the print on the back.

The print/calendar image itself is 6 1/2 x 9”. This is roughly the correct size for a small cropped Edison Mazda calendar artwork of ecstasy. The overall frame size is 10 5/8 x 14 5/8.

This is a stunning representation of Maxfield Parrish’s craft.

Please see photos as they are part of the description and ask questions if needed. The photos don’t do this justice. The colors are phenomenal.

Thank you for checking out my sale and happy days to you and yours!
