shipping:

We will try our best to ship within 24 hours of receiving payment (except for weekend/holiday issues).  Items will be packaged well.  Recycled materials will be used whenever possible (boxes/packing material/envelopes/etc.).  In general, the most cost effective means of shipping will be chosen. If expedited shipping is needed, let us know and we'll be happy to accommodate; however, this will involve an increase in costs.
