You are buying a new/sealed Roland DJ-99 2-Channel DJ Mixer. Released in 2016 with a color scheme to celebrate Roland's iconic TR-909 from the 80s. This is an analog mixer (meaning no USB port), so if you just want to digitize the RCA signal you will need a separate device. There is a DVS option but this is only send/return, again you will need a separate device. A couple years ago DVS boxes seemed to have disappeared off the market but thankfully now you have a couple choices and they appear better and cheaper than ever. The Pioneer Rekordbox or Reloop Flux are two examples I know (there might be others), also a DVS turntable like the Reloop RP800MK2 should work nicely instead. Either way will solve the problem of connecting this mixer to a computer allowing you to record or play digital files. That said, this is designed to be a sturdy old school DJ mixer. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the latest hi-tech mixers but the sound delivers if all you want is an analog setup. Recommended for beginner DJs as there are less issues to contend with, but you could add on to connect to a PC as detailed above. Also, if you just wanted a nice bedroom setup this would be great as it has 2 phono/line channels so you can mix and match turntables/cassette decks/CD players/MP3 players/streamers/etc... The Innofader Mini alone costs $100+ which makes it notable. The other specs I will list below. One more thing, a couple corners appear dented but the mixer is surrounded by heavy foam and I will add more tape for secure shipping. Thanks for looking.
