This is a set of 2 vintage celluloid musician figures.  It looks like they're on the way to a gig.  I can't read the writing on the base, but I think I can make out Germany.  There is a lot of fine detail.  The man wearing the derby hat is smoking a cigar.  The one with the top hat looks to be very cold.  There are some chips on the base of both figures
