For sale this week is this Anglo-Indian relic:  a pen and ink drawing on laid paper with fold out note.  I would estimate it was painted between 1900 and 1910.  It is entitled "The Exodus" and depicts an ox drawn cart followed by a Lancer escort.  On the revers is a comic drawing of a Sikh gentleman wearing a headdress.  Both pieces of paper are glued onto thick card which measures about 10 1/2 by 14 inches.  It is in fair condition with some folds, minor tears and minor foxing spots.  But the contrast of the ink is still strong and framed up, this would make a nice wall hanging. Please refer to photographs.
