This NOS Buick Starter Relay, part number 1116963, is a vintage part that is suitable for all Buick models from 1953 to 1960, except for the 1953 Special. This Bolt-On relay, manufactured by Delco Remy in the United States, comes with a Painted & Plated finish and is in excellent working condition.
It is important to note that this relay has been superseded by part numbers 1116921, 1116867, and 1116967. This relay has the correct trigger voltage as specified by GM for Buicks 12V. There are several look alike relays with incorrect trigger voltage that will allow the relay to open contacts while cranking engine due to lower battery power. Don't be fooled. This is the real deal.
