I bought this on a trip to Japan.
All the buttons respond to being pushed, as well as the sound works while pushing them.
The game appears to work, as well as the various imputs.
There is an alarm that goes off every hour that I have not been able to figure out how to turn off. 

 I opened the back to show what the inside looks like, the white plastic piece that fits in there is cracked, and I took a photo showing that.
This watch is definitely in used condition, there are scratches, scuffs, dings, and various other signs of wear.
