Oh my! What a sweet 1960s mini mod dress by Vickey Vaughn. This is a mini dress and most definitely a classic 60s example of fashion. And oh so cute! I just love it! If it fit me, I would absolutely wear this. In Excellent condition, peter pan collar with the original orange and white scarf.
