Shipping Policy
- We do not ship to PO Box!
- All orders will be shipped within 1~2 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Return Policy
- We stand behind every product we sell. Unopened product can be returned within 1 year from the purchase date for a full refund excluding shipping fees. Defective products can be returned for exchange or full refund within 30 days from the date you receive the item. Buyer pays for return shipping on non-defective items.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded when a bad address causes a packaged to be returned. The item price and shipping fees will not be refunded when a bad address leads to a package being lost or abandoned.
