Half floor was replaced and will need other half doing . Used a jack to lift it up and slide new wood in .

Roof will need replacing was clear pvc can be welded on with a heat gun and roller .

Needs a good clean where water has leaked inside .

We brought last year and started to refurb it and lost storage so it’s sat now over 6 months outside . Was covered up but in recent months the cover has ripped due to wind .

We towed back from Norwich last year when we brought it.

These new are 30k and with a clean and bit of work will easily fetch 10-15k but will be a good money earner for the summer .

You will need a big vehicle to tow it . Van or 4x4
