Wheels have been rebuilt using the original hubs and rims but with new stainless steel spokes, new fork stanchions, brake pads and hydraulic seals. 

The engine is at first oversize with new rings, valve guides and new inlet valves; Gearbox has new bearings and seals. Carbs have been cleaned and rebuilt with new parts where needed, 

The fuel tank was stripped and lined with ethanol proof epoxy then resprayed in the correct BMW black along with side panels and mudguards.

The battery is an AGM type and recent. 

The bike is registered as historic so is MoT exempt and free road tax it is eligible for classic insurance. There is a file with virtually the whole history of the bike including all the notes from the rebuild that I have carried out.
