The yellow and orange ones were my favorites and therefore show the most wear. The yellow one has some rips in the leather and the orange one is a little dirty looking on the bottom, but nothing some dish soap and a sponge couldn't fix.  I've tried to capture these flaws in the pictures. Other than that, I really didn't notice any other flaws on the shells. The bag itself has some stains inside especially in the little zipper part because of lipglosses. I've thoroughly washed the bag in the washing machine though so it is "clean".  The zipper is fully functional. The leather handles show the most wear as the leather is peeling off on the edges, but you may be able to fix this up or those are easily replaced.
