License Plate Bracket/Holder "Retired U.S. Navy" ~ Chrome with Blue Background & Tan Letters

Condition: In pre-owned condition with light signs of wear/age/use.  The tan lettering in just slightly darker on the word "Retired" and there are minimal signs of wear in enamel around the Navy Insignias.
