If you have any concerns or problems after receiving your item, please allow me an opportunity to resolve them. Use eBay's "contact seller" link from your purchase history to send me your message. Also, please notify me immediately if anything arrives damaged, or not as described. If a problem cannot be resolved through e-mail, you will have an opportunity to request a return.
All items being returned must match the condition when they first shipped. This means new, sealed items must still be sealed and unused. Used items must not be broken or damaged. All returned items will be inspected to verify the original problem and / or condition. Items not meeting these conditions will be subject to a partial refund.
Items that are sent back due to a change of heart, failed to resolve the original issue, or didn't fit a specific application are be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
